Hafer-Extrakt-Pulver mit einem Beta-Glucan-Gehalt von 70 % und einem Glutengehalt von ≤ 20 ppm, gewonnen aus Hafer (Avena sativa). Der Glutenwert von ≤ 20 ppm entspricht dem in der EU geltenden Schwellenwert für die Auslobung „glutenfrei“; Beta-Glucane sind in der Haferzellwand natürlich vorkommende Polysaccharide.
